Bathroom & Utility Room Renovation – Tiling, Repairs & Refurbishment

Renovation of an existing bathroom and utility room, including wall tiling, surface repairs, painting, window repairs and improvements to lighting and fittings.

The project focused on refreshing and modernising both spaces while retaining existing sanitary fittings wherever possible.

• Wall Tiling – Installation of new wall tiles in the bathroom, creating a clean, modern and easy-to-maintain finish.
• Wall Preparation & Repairs – Removal of damaged and deteriorating wall finishes, followed by surface preparation and repairs.
• Toilet & Washbasin Reinstallation – Careful removal of the existing toilet and washbasin to allow renovation work, followed by reinstallation of the original fittings.
• Painting & Decorating – Preparation and repainting of walls to refresh the bathroom and utility room.
• Radiator Restoration – Refurbishment and repainting of the existing radiator, restoring its appearance.
• Window Repairs – Replacement of window hinges to restore proper window operation.
• Lighting Improvements – Replacement of the existing ceiling light fitting.
• Finishing Work – Reinstallation of fittings, finishing details and general improvements throughout both spaces.

A refreshed bathroom and utility room with newly tiled walls, repaired and painted surfaces, restored radiator and improved lighting. By retaining and reinstalling the original toilet and washbasin, the renovation achieved a clean, updated appearance without unnecessary replacement of functional fixtures. The completed work improved the overall condition, appearance and practicality of both spaces.
