Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Be4You – Cleaning & Handyman Services Ltd. ("we", "our", "us").

By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Services

We provide cleaning, maintenance and handyman services to residential and commercial clients across County Clare.

All services are delivered based on a transparent hourly rate unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Pricing & Payment

Hourly Rate

• Our services are charged on an agreed hourly rate.
• Clients are billed only for the actual time worked by our team on site.
• Time is calculated from arrival at the property until completion of the agreed work.

Estimates

• Any time estimates provided are approximate and based on experience.
• Final charges reflect actual time spent.

Budget Control

• If a client has a specific budget or time limit, this must be communicated in advance.
• Work can be prioritised within the agreed time allocation.
• If the allocated time is close to being reached, we may pause and seek approval before continuing.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
• For commercial clients, agreed invoice terms may apply.
• Late payments may result in additional charges.

4. Access & Client Responsibilities

The client must ensure:

• Safe and reasonable access to the property
• Electricity and water supply (where required)
• Clear communication regarding specific tasks

We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or unsafe working conditions.

5. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice.
• Late cancellations may result in a call-out or minimum time charge to cover operational costs.

6. Liability

We are fully insured.

However:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage.
• Clients must notify us of fragile, delicate or valuable items in advance.
• We are not liable for issues resulting from normal wear and tear.
• Any concerns must be raised within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Materials & Equipment

• We provide our own professional equipment and materials unless otherwise agreed.
• If specific products are required, clients must inform us in advance.

8. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe or pose a risk to our team.

9. Changes to Scope of Work

Additional tasks requested during service may extend the total time and therefore affect the final cost.

All changes are charged according to the agreed hourly rate.

10. Data Protection

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
