How We Work

From a Quick Tidy-Up to a Complete Top-to-Bottom Clean

Every home is different, which is why we do not believe in a one-size-fits-all cleaning package.

At Be4You, your cleaning service is built around your home, your priorities and the level of cleaning you want. We can provide a quick tidy-up, regular maintenance cleaning, a one-off clean or a comprehensive deep clean where we work through the property in detail.

Before we start, we agree the scope of work with you. You can give us a specific list of tasks, set your priorities, set a maximum budget or time limit, or simply tell us that you want the whole property thoroughly cleaned and leave the organisation of the work to us.

Cleaning as Detailed as You Need

For a standard or regular clean, we can take care of everyday tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, washing floors, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms and keeping the property fresh and well maintained.

For a more intensive deep clean, we can go much further. Depending on what you would like us to do, this can include:

• Dusting and detailed surface cleaning
• Removing cobwebs, including corners, ceilings and other accessible areas
• Vacuuming and washing floors
• Cleaning skirting boards, doors, handles, switches and other frequently touched areas
• Moving accessible furniture to vacuum, wash and clean underneath and behind it
• Detailed kitchen cleaning and degreasing
• Cleaning and sanitising worktops, sinks and other surfaces
• Cleaning inside cupboards, drawers and cabinets when requested
• Cleaning the exterior and interior of fridges
• Oven cleaning
• Descaling sinks, taps and other affected areas
• Detailed bathroom cleaning
• Cleaning and descaling showers, baths, toilets, sinks, tiles and screens
• Sanitising appropriate surfaces and high-touch areas
• Cleaning mirrors and glass surfaces
• Cleaning internal windows, window frames, sills and tracks
• External window cleaning where suitable and agreed
• Cleaning utility rooms in detail
• Moving accessible washing machines, tumble dryers and dishwashers where practical to clean underneath and behind them
• Cleaning underneath beds, sofas and other movable furniture
• Detailed cleaning of bedrooms, living areas, hallways and other rooms
• Other specific cleaning tasks agreed with you before or during the job

If it can reasonably and safely be cleaned, ask us about it.

One-Off or Regular Cleaning

We can provide cleaning as a one-off service or on an ongoing basis:

One-Off Cleaning – when you need help with the property on a particular occasion.

Deep Cleaning – a much more detailed clean where we work through areas that may not normally be included in routine cleaning.

Quick Tidy-Up – focused cleaning when the property simply needs to be refreshed.

Regular Cleaning – available weekly, fortnightly or every four weeks, with the cleaning routine agreed around your household and priorities.

Your requirements can also change between visits. If something needs extra attention on a particular day, simply let us know.

You Choose How Far We Go

Some clients want us to concentrate only on specific rooms or tasks. Others want a complete top-to-bottom clean, including moving accessible furniture and appliances and cleaning areas that are normally difficult to reach.

We agree these details before starting because a deeper level of cleaning naturally requires more working time.

You can tell us exactly what should and should not be included – for example, whether cupboards should be opened and cleaned inside, whether appliances should be cleaned, whether furniture should be moved or whether windows and frames should be included.

Alternatively, you can leave the organisation of the cleaning to us and ask our team to work systematically through the entire property.

Your Priorities. Your Budget.

Our cleaning service is based on transparent hourly pricing.

You can choose to:

• Give us an agreed list of tasks to complete
• Set a maximum number of working hours
• Set a maximum budget and tell us which tasks have priority
• Ask us to carry out a comprehensive clean and complete everything required

If you set a budget or time limit, we prioritise the work with you and focus on the most important areas first.

If you ask us to complete the entire property without a fixed limit, we work through it.
