Each mattress is assessed before treatment to determine the most appropriate cleaning method.

Our Cleaning Process

The exact process depends on the material, condition and level of soiling.

Our service can include:

• Initial fabric and condition assessment
• Professional vacuuming
• Targeted stain pre-treatment
• Application of appropriate cleaning products
• Deep hot water extraction cleaning
• Controlled moisture extraction
• Odour treatment where required
• Final inspection

Some permanent stains, discolouration or damage may not be fully removable. Where possible, we will advise you of this before or during the cleaning process.

Transparent Minimum & Maximum Estimate

Before starting the work, we provide an estimated price range with a minimum and maximum cost.

Why a price range?

The exact amount of time and treatment required cannot always be determined until the cleaning process begins. The final cost may depend on the condition of the carpet, upholstery or mattress, the level of soiling, the number and type of stains, the material and how it responds to treatment.

The minimum estimate represents the expected cost if the cleaning progresses efficiently and no additional treatment is required.

The maximum estimate gives you a clear price cap for the agreed scope of work.

If the work is completed faster or requires less treatment than anticipated, the final price will be closer to the minimum estimate.

If additional time or treatment is required, the price may move towards the maximum estimate.

You will not pay more than the agreed maximum for the agreed scope of work unless additional work is requested and approved by you.

Clear range. Transparent pricing. No unexpected costs.
